Cockpit

With this one called, "Cockpit," i played around with light and shadow color. Setting a chill mood, with the sun rays and scattering birds. I use some photo textures as noise and as a fill in. I didn't want to focus to hard on design, partially becasue it's no my strong suit -haha- but i just wanted to relax and have fun with it.

This is actually one of the sketches I did for the Mashup, but didn't get chosen. I personally like it becasue of the scale and atmosphere. I also used smooth complementary colors of purple and yellow.
If anything, I'll take this further on my own as a personal piece. The floating rock and design on it are the same as in "True Believer."
