Teamwork! YEAH!

      I love working with a team, don't get me wrong but when you start establishing "roles" and "titles" some people can just let that shit go straight to their head. Working as a whole unit or in a pipeline is something I love, seeing the work slowly develop and come together. I understand their being and AD and establishing a hierarchy in the work area, it's important to have  someone who can keep everyone on track.
